Right of Withdrawal

A consumer and a sole trader with consumer rights who have entered into a distance contract have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The 14-day period begins on the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by an unequivocal statement — e.g., by email to kontakt@vini.pl, via the customer account panel, or in writing to our registered address. Using the model form is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Upon receiving your statement, we will promptly confirm its receipt on a durable medium (email).

Notice — Condition of the Goods You may inspect and test the goods in the same manner as you would in a brick-and-mortar store. Any use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods may reduce their value — in which case, the refund amount may be reduced by that difference. Please include proof of purchase (receipt / invoice) and the order number with your return.

Effects of Withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal, the contract is deemed not to have been concluded. We will process the refund using the same payment methods as used in the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise — at no additional cost to you.

Refunds are issued promptly, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of your withdrawal notice — provided that we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

The only cost incurred by you upon withdrawal is the direct cost of returning the goods to the Seller (unless agreed otherwise). If you selected a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, we are not required to refund the supplementary costs.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act — including, but not limited to, when:

the goods are non-prefabricated, made to your specifications, or clearly personalized;
the goods are delivered in sealed packaging and cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons, provided the packaging was opened after delivery;
the goods, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items;
and in all other cases specified by statutory law.

Complaints (Non-Conformity with the Contract)

Complaints regarding goods (defects / lack of conformity with the contract) should be submitted to kontakt@vini.pl, via the account panel, or in writing to our registered address. We respond within 14 days. Details: Terms & Conditions (§ 6).

The return address for complaints is identical to the one above (Dębicka 18a). Costs associated with an accepted complaint (repair / replacement) are borne by the Seller under statutory provisions.
